Jeg vet ikke hva som gjorde at jeg begynte å snuse. For de første gangene jeg prøvde, ble jeg kjempedårlig. Men før jeg visste ordet av det, brukte jeg 80 kroner om dagen på en boks med Nick and Johnny Xtra Strong. Jeg snuste nesten døgnet rundt, og var spesielt avhengig av den snusen jeg tok da jeg nettopp hadde våknet om morgenen. Og den snusen jeg tok hver gang jeg hadde spist. Og den snusen jeg tok hvis jeg var stressa. Eller lei meg. Eller glad. Eller trøtt. Og den jeg tok når jeg skulle konsentrere meg. Og selvfølgelig; natta-snusen.
For et par år siden sluttet jeg å snuse. Etter tre måneder syntes jeg at jeg hadde bevist for meg selv at jeg klarte å slutte, så jeg gikk på butikken og kjøpte en boks med god samvittighet. Bra jobba!
Og da snuste jeg helt til for 192 dager, 3 timer og 2 minutter siden.
Jeg er veldig glad for at jeg klarte å slutte. Der og da følte jeg at jeg ikke hadde noe valg, for kjøttet under overleppa mi hadde fått riller, og tennene mine hadde fått hakk som aldri kommer til å forsvinne. Dessuten var områdene mellom tennene mine blitt blå, og kantene på tennene var gule. Det skal sies at jeg snuste mye, og jeg snuste sterkt. Likevel vil hvilken som helst snus kunne gi deg disse skadene hvis du snuser nok.
Hvis noen lurer på neglene, så var dette en periode i sommer hvor jeg bestemte meg for å slutte med mange ting. Falske negler, x-kjærester og snus. Litt av en kombinasjon. Men tilbake til snusen. Rillene under overleppa som dere ser her, ble borte etter et par måneder. At tennene er gule i kantene, har små hakk og at tannkjøttet er «gjennomsiktig» enkelte steder, får jeg nok aldri gjort noe med. Heldigvis synes det ikke med mindre man studerer meg close up, jeg er fortsatt fornøyd med tenner og smil i speilbildet. Men tenk hvor ille det kunne blitt hvis jeg ikke hadde sluttet.
Hensikten med dette innlegget er selvfølgelig å få flere til å slutte å snuse. Jeg får spørsmål om snusslutt hele tiden, så det er på tide med et skikkelig innlegg om det. Her er mine beste råd. Følger du alle sammen og adder en liten dose viljestyrke, så er du snusfri innen uken er omme. Og ja, jeg vet at det er fredag i dag.
♦ Slutt med en gang. Å slutte å snuse krever ingen planlegging. Har hørt et par; skal slutte å snuse til uka fordi blablahørteikkerestenavsetningen. Det er bare å lyve for seg selv. Jeg bestemte meg en kveld jeg hadde lagt meg for at; i morgen skal jeg ikke ta morgensnusen. Du vet det har gått for langt når du faktisk kaller det for morgensnusen.
♦ Hvis du har snus liggende i fryser, kjøleskap og vesker, ikke gjør noe med det. Med det mener jeg; ikke kast det eller gi det bort før abstinensene har gitt seg. Bare la det ligge der for trygghetens skyld, det kan spare deg for angsten og panikken du kanskje kommer til å føle. Det er her viljestyrken kommer inn! Jeg hadde to tårn med snus liggende, og var alene hjemme i tre uker. Er kjempestolt over at jeg ikke rørte noe.
♦ Last ned Helsedirektoratet sin app «Slutta». Den er gratis, og gjør at du kan følge med på hvor mange dager, timer og sekunder du har vært snusfri/røykfri, og ikke minst hvor mye penger du har spart. Jeg sparer 29.200 i året på å ikke snuse en boks om dagen! Det er en Chanel-veske. Eller en ganske fin ferie i Karibien. Eller et solid bidrag til boligsparing hvis man skal være litt klok 🙂
♦ Kjøp nikotinfri snus. Jeg prøvde et par forskjellige merker, men kom fram til at jeg likte Onico best. De har mange smaker, men er selvfølgelig ikke like digge som vanlig snus. Langt i fra. Jeg følte uansett at det hjalp, det var betryggende å ha en snuspose under leppa. Det skumle med Onico er at det er mye sterkere for leppa enn vanlig snus, og etterhvert kan man få sår. Så hvis du må bruke nikotinfri snus, sett en tidsfrist. Jeg ga meg selv to uker med Onico, og sluttet litt før det hadde gått to uker. Man får kjøpt nikotinfri snus på vanlig matbutikker, og det er selvfølgelig billigere enn vanlig snus.
♦ Ikke trøst deg med at du kan snuse på fest, for det kan du så absolutt ikke. Røyk sigaretter som en gal mann, eller dropp det helt. Spørs litt hvordan du er satt sammen, men jeg har i hvertfall aldri lyst på sigaretter i edru tilstand. Så da går det fint når jeg drikker. Burde egentlig slutte med det også, for jeg har en mistanke om at det forsterker fyllesyken ganske mye. Samme gjelder for deg som skal slutte å røyke, ta deg en festsnus i stedet for festrøyk.
Det var det! Vanskeligere skal det ikke være. Noen syns kanskje det høres tullete ut å ikke kaste snusen man har liggende, men det funket for meg. Er jo ikke sikkert det samme funker for deg. Jeg er ganske sikker på at jeg ikke kommer til å bli en snuser igjen – syns rett og slett snus er litt skummelt. Det er ikke forsket nok på det. Tenk hvor ufarlig man trodde sigaretter var før i tiden – mange dør av det. Så om vår generasjon sitter med munnhulekreft og store hull i ansiktet om 40-50 år, blir jeg ikke sjokkert.
Når dere slutter å snuse, pass på at dere ikke går helt crazy i godteriskuffen. Jeg flyttet hjem og sluttet å snuse samtidig, og nå veier jeg 7 kilo mer enn jeg gjorde før jeg sluttet. Men… Kilo kan man gjøre noe med, det er litt vanskeligere med tenner og tannkjøtt.
Kom igjen, slutt å snuse folkens. Det er ikke så vanskelig. Jeg var veldig lei meg og sur i en uke, men etter det var det ikke spesielt tungt.

You go girl! Bor sammen med en som har sluttet å røyke. Var nok verst for han, men du verden det var ikke særlig morsomt for meg heller den første tiden. Sutring, kjefting og mye dårlig stemning. Nå et år etter, var det totalt verdt det!

Du er FLINK! Slutta på dagen selv, det gikk så lett at. 🙂 Med disse tipsene i tillegg burde alle klare det. Dessuten blir man så MYE gladere når man ikke snuser, jeg har møtt flere som følte at snusen holdt humøret nede. (inkludert meg selv)

Er så glad jeg aldri begynte med verken røyk eller snus, glad jeg hadde mine egne valg og ikke følte jeg måtte høre på andres.
Har selv snust like ofte som deg, i 7 år – fra 9. klasse og frem til nyttårsaften 2013 (hehe, tidenes nyttårsforsett). Men jeg har klart meg, hadde kun morgensnusen 1. nyttårsdag fordi da syntes jeg så synd på meg selv som lå i forsterstilling og var klein i formen. Da hadde jeg visst i flere mnd at jeg skulle slutte den dagen, og jeg har ikke hatt en eneste snus siden *klappepåskuldra* Kun en Onico i ny og ne. Og helledussen så deilig det føles, for ikke å snakke om følelsen av å ha mer penger enn før! Men kiloene, ja de har kommet, men ikke for å bli. Har jo flere nyttårsforsett 😀

Åååh! Prøver å få kjæresten min til å slutte å snuse, HATER at han gjør det. Men er vanskelig å overtale noen som ikke vil slutte selv.. Blir bare dårlige unnskyldninger, sure miner og dårlig stemning. Har prøvd med «jeg gidder ikke kysse deg når du har snus i kjeften» osv, men det blir han bare sur og oppgitt over. Baaahh

Jeg har selv aldri i mitt 19 år lange liv (20 år den 28.feb) prøvd en snus eller en røyk! Og det er jeg så utrolig stolt av!! 🙂

Camilla mente sikkert bare at siden snus smaker dritt, ser stygt ut, er usunt/skadelig, avhengighetsskapende, dyrt og man blir dårlig av det (som du selv skriver), er det ikke så mange andre logiske grunner til at man begynner å snuse enn at man ønsker å vise at man er «kul»/ ønsker å «passe inn»/ føler et «press» fra andre. Slik er det dessverre ofte når unge mennesker tar avgjørelser, man er lett påvirkelig.
Men du har som «voksen» heldigvis tatt til vettet 🙂
Vil ikke snuse, men har ikkkkkke lyst til å slutte – bruker minst like mye penger på tannblekning som jeg bruker på snus. Noe sier meg at jeg burde ta i bruk tipsene dine, asap! Tok meg selv i å putte en snus under leppa bare jeg leste dette innlegget; blir streesssa. Anyway – takk for råd 🙂 Du er super!

Hahaha, kjenner meg en del igjen. Jeg har belønnet meg med en boks snus etter at jeg hadde klart å «slutte». Da var det på’an igjen gitt. Tannkjøttet mitt har trekt seg kraftig tilbake fordi jeg har så dårlig plass i overleppa + sensitivt tannkjøtt. Jeg har prøvd nikotintyggis og det funker kjempebra men er ikke like trøstende som snus. Jeg SKAL slutte nå, er så lei. Viljestyrke is the key.
Så bra at du skriver om dette. Det er jo veldig mange jenter som snuser nå. Jeg ble ekstra glad for at jeg har sluttet å snuse etter å ha lest innlegget ditt.
Og røyke når man slutter å snuse eller omvendt anbefales ikke. Jeg begynte nesten å røyke fast igjen når jeg prøvde å slutte og snuse, så jeg gikk rett tilbake til snusen for å ikke bli hekta på røyk igjen.
Starten på innlegget var akkurat som jeg skulle sagt det selv hehe.. Er veldig avhengig og snuser nesten en boks ekstra sterk skruf hver dag! Har lyst til å slutte, men bare for økonomien og helsen sin del, men vet ikke om jeg klarer å gi opp snusen helt ennå nå i studietiden.. Og det som gjør det ekstra vanskelig er at samboerenn snuser like mye og ikke har planer om å slutte.. Du har vært super flink så håper jeg klarer det like bra en dag om ikke så lenge 😀
Kjempe fine råd og tips! Jeg har nettopp sluttet etter mange år; 18 dager, 1 time og 23 minutter til nå. Jeg savner det (uten helt å kunne sette fingeren på hva), men jeg føler meg mye bedre uten 😉

Gode råd, gjorde omtrent alt dette selv (bortsettfra «fake» snusen)! Er utrolig heldig at det har gått så godt som det har gjort. Er på min 74d dag som «snusfri» og har faktisk ikke tatt en eneste snus på disse dagene. Man kan vel aldri ‘slutte å slutte’, det er jo en evig kamp mot suget; Men det er verdt det i lengden.

Har brukt snus i 4-5 år nå, og har sluttet en gang tidligere men begynnt på igjen etter 3 mnd. Jeg har 3 poser igjen og bestemt meg for å ikke kjøpe meg en ny boks etter det! Får håpe jeg klarer det. Wish me luck!

Har en kjæreste som har snust siden han var 13(han er 22 nå), og han driver å slutter nå. Han spiste utrolig mye fisherman’s friend(halspastiller) de første 4-5 dagene, men nå spiser han ingenting, og er snusfri 🙂 tror han har vært uten i 3 uker ellernoe!
Så det er kanskje et lite tips, bytt ut snusen med halspastiller de første dagene? 🙂

Jeg har lyst til å slutte, jeg hater å bruke penger på snus! Men jeg er på slankern, og akkurat nå prioriterer jeg faktisk bikinikroppen :p Får finne fram dette innlegget igjen til høsten, da har jeg tid til å kvitte meg med de nye kiloene før neste bikinisesong! Haha!
Bra jobbet, Ida! Er stolt av deg 😀 Har per i dag vært snusfri i et år og fire måneder, og her om dagen hadde jeg en dag hvor snus var det eneste jeg tenkte på. Så det går ikke helt over, men det går an! Og jeg gikk ikke opp i vekt da jeg sluttet, så å la være å slutte fordi man ikke vil legge på seg er (som alt annet) en unskyldning 🙂
10 dager, 8 timer og 35 minutter siden siste snus. Savnet er stort, men stolthet og glede enda større! Sov faktisk med en nesten tom snusboks under puten frem til i går. Bare for å føle meg trygg. Men nå er allt borte! 😀 Kun festrøyken som er tillat her også, siden jeg ikke har sjangs til å kunne røyke i edru tilstand.
Håper du når ut til en del unge snusere, å gjør en liten forskjell. For det er faktisk skumle greier. For ikke å snakke om industrien vi har støttet opp om så lenge! Tenk å tjene seg søkkrik på å gjøre folk avhengige av dødsfarlige stoffer!
Bestemte meg forrige Lørdag at da skulle jeg slutte å snuse. Nå har jeg klart meg uten snus i 6 dager. Hardt er det, men skal ikke gi etter som jeg har gjort alle de andre gangene jeg har prøvd. Matlysten er stor, rastløs hele tiden og humøret mitt går opp og ned hele tiden. Står stor respekt av de som faktisk klarer å slutte å snuse/røyke.
Evt les boken, «endelig røykfri».. Litt gammal bok som fokuserer på røyk, men jeg sluttet på dagen:)

Tilfeldig at dette innlegget kom samme uka som jeg slutta selv! Har vær snusfri i 4 dager, 20 timer og 8 minutter :)for min del så bestemte jeg meg for å slutte etter at jeg hadde vært kvalm og syk i et døgn og ikke klarte å snuse uansett. Da fant jeg ut at jeg fikk det første snusfrie døgnet «gratis» og bestemte meg bare for å kjøre på. Og det går veldig bra til nå! Tusen takk for et motiverende innlegg, Ida! Dette skal jeg ta med meg videre 🙂
Sluttet å snuse helt plutselig i august, så vil si at jeg er sluttet å snuse til nå. Det å tenke at snusen minner deg om noe/noen du absolutt ikke liker fungerer. Det å putte en ekkel x i kjeften flere ganger om dagen er vel ikke en koselig tanke? 😉 Og jeg puttet alt av pastiller opp under leppa, Dent, Fisherman eller Lakerol. Funker!

Jeg begynte å snuse da jeg ble deperimert, og hele tiden tenkt at «jeg har kontroll», men det har man da vitterlig ikke. Ble inspirert til å slutte nå når jeg leste dette innlegget, men er usikker på hvor sterk viljestyrken egentlig er. Jeg skal forsøke å endre assosiasjonene til noe negativt, og ikke «trøst» som det har vært i mitt tilfelle.
Anonym: de på bildet kjøpte jeg i Sverige faktisk 🙂 I Norge har jeg sett den svarte og den sølv/grønne som lukter tyggis 🙂

Jeg klarer vikrelig ikke å slutte å snuse. Jeg hadde en kjæreste som jeg måtte snuse i skjul for, og det var virkelig helt forferdelig. Ble nylig singel og boksene flyr unna som ild i tørt gress. Jeg har bestemt meg for at jeg skal snuse ut 2014, mens i 2015 skal snusen legges på hylla for godt. Jeg har snuset i 3 år nå, og snuser til og med på natten. I starten trodde jeg at jeg hadde nok kontroll til å slutte når jeg ville, men da ønsket jeg det ikke. Nå klarer jeg ikke noen timer uten engang. Det er kanskje ikke nikotinen som er avgjørende, men det å «ha noe i overleppa»…. Super heldig og flink har du vært! Stå på. Jeg har lest bloggen din siden du startet, og jeg elsker den!! hei! jeg Slutta å snuse for 2mnd og 1 dag sia! og etter jeg slutta. eller nå har jeg merka at jeg er veldig sliten og trøtt! begynte å blir trøtt og sliten for 2 uker sia! er noe grunn for at jeg har slutta å snuse for over 2mnd eller er det noe andet grunn?
Har selv snuset i snart 5-6 år, og har forsøkt å slutte ved flere anledninger. Har alltid «sprukket» etter 3-4 dager, siden jeg har blitt så grinete og sur. Tenker å prøve igjen snart, men må nok vente i minst 2 uker. Siden jeg skal på skoletur til utlandet, og ikke tenker å ta «den grine uka» der nede og ødelegge stemningen til alle andre.

Har vært snusfri i tre dager nå. Det er ikke så lenge, men et stort framskritt siden jeg aldri klarer å holde meg unna snusen i mer enn to dager? Det som da gjør sluttinga vanskelig, er at alle vennene mine snuser. Jeg har snust i snart fire år, og mine beste venner driver også med det herket. Hvordan klarer man å si nei til en snus, når noen tilbyr deg en?
ååååh skulle ØNSKE jeg hadde den viljestyrken. Snust i 7 år (åhjelp er det så lenge?!?!), og startet i utgangspunktet fordi jeg fikk høre det var beroligende, og jeg har et temperament utenom det vanlige. Så jeg blir nesten litt redd av å tenke på hvilket monster jeg hadde blitt uten snusen til å holde tøylene.
E: jo lengre tid det går, desto lettere blir det å si nei 🙂 Tenk hvor kjedelig å måtte starte helt på nytt!! Tre ganger er jo på ganske god vei til å få stoffene ut av kroppen. Tror de er ute etter en uke.

Jeg klarte meg i 12 dager i fjor om ikke jeg husker helt feil.. Men da var jeg omtrent på randen til psykotisk og tvangsinnleggelse etter så lang tid, så jeg greide det altså ikke. Men har likevel klart meg litt i dag! Bare én snus hittil i dag, og ligger med tyggisen i overleppa nå.. Får nå se da!
Jeg sluttet å snuse for 6 dager siden,å jeg har brukt snus siden slutten av 5 klassen å jeg blir 20 år nå lørdag som kommer!
Å jeg har ikke slitt med abstinenser eller noe,jeg har mange pølser med snus liggende i fryseboksen som jeg ser hverdag når jeg skal hente noe i fryseboksen,men jeg får fortsatt ikke noe snus sug, så trur jeg er en av de heldige 🙂
Men som sakt det er bare det man gjør det til selv,hjelper ikke å bare si at i dag slutter jeg å snuse,da må du faktisk gjøre det å:)

Hei! Har snuset i ca 5 år, å prøvd å slutte flere ganger, noen ganger har jeg vært veldig seriøst, andre ganger bare har jeg ikke gått heilt inn for det. Men tanken slår meg støtt og stadig. Problemet mitt er at jeg blir sykt gretten og sur når jeg ikke har fått snus. Har du noen «tips» til hva som evt hjalp deg ? ( gangske vanskelig spørsmål men om du har svar så : ja takk, jeg tenger virkelig råd dær)
Vil anbefale «Zeroberg» sin nikotinfrie snus. Både føles ut og smaker som vanlig snus, for min del ihvertfall. Hadde ikke greid å slutta uten den!
Vil anbefale «Zeroberg» sin nikotinfrie snus. Både føles ut og smaker som vanlig snus, for min del ihvertfall. Hadde ikke greid å slutta uten den!
MØKKASNUS. Selv har jeg vært/er jeg i den fasen hvor jeg ønsker å slutte selv. Vil aldri vite hvor mye penger jeg har brukt disse 4 årene, og jeg er 20. Uæææ? Heldigvis for meg har jeg et ultimatum med meg selv. På onsdag reiser jeg til Indonesia for å studere, og kvoten inn til landet er 5 bokser. Så jeg skal ha med meg kvoten, og etter det er det full stopp. Skal være der i 3 måneder! Grugleder meg til å slutte, men der tenker jeg at jeg får en klekkelig motivasjon med trening, nye studiekamerater og venner!
Jeg har sett venninner og andre personer som er i begynnelsen av snusingen. Altså, de som sier de har kontroll, at de kan slutte på dagen om så var. Jeg har tidlig advart alle dem om at avhengighet er ikke noe å tulle med! Å sitte i min bås akkurat nå unner jeg ikke noen. H-a-t-e-r — d-e-t!!!!
Jeg har nå vært snus fri i 12 dager.
Det går utrolig lett. Lettere enn jeg hadde trodd.
Bra å slutte nå, siden jeg nå ikke har jobb eller stipend, så da kan jeg ikke bare gå å kjøpe meg en boks når jeg ville en. så jeg skal klare å være helt snusfri til jeg skal flytte til sommeren
Jeg leste innlegget ditt i går, og bestemte meg for at idag (mandag) var dagen å begynne å slutte på. Så nå har du inspirert meg til å lage en plan.;) Vanligvis snuser jeg 24 snus om dagen, altså en boks. Igår tok jeg ikke nattasnusen, og tok ikke første snus idag før jeg hadde vært våken i 7 timer. Har bestemt meg for å snuse max 10 idag og heller ty til nikotinfri snus hvis det kniper om. Sånn skal jeg kutte ned -2 hver dag, altså max 8 i morgen, max 6 på onsdag, max 4 torsdag, max 3 fredag, lørdag og søndag. Mandag skal jeg være snusfri, kun nikotinfri som jeg kan bruke ut den uken og uken etter er det ikke lov å noenting under leppa;) Tusen takk Ida:D

Men altså, jeg skal reise rundt i Asia i 6 uker snart, så da skal jeg kun ha snus på flyet ned, ikke mer.. Så blir vel å slutte med det også da:-) Hepphepp!

Hei! haha, dette høres sikkert skikkelig tullete ut men jeg begynte å snuse for sånn ca 3 måneder siden og snuser kanskje tre om dagen også lurer jeg bare på hvor farlig er det egentlig? kjenner jo mange som snuser en boks om dagen og tenker at de overlever jo, men nervøs av meg som jeg er blir jeg liksom litt stressa når det står på nettet at man kan få spiserørskreft osv.. jeg vil jo egentlig snuse fordi jeg synes det er digg (og snuser jo ikke mye) men jeg vil jo ikke ha kreft, haha. er liksom så vanskelig å tenke på konsekvensene når man ikke snuser en boks om dagen…
Ida: det som er skummelt med snus er at det ikke er forsket nok på det, så man vet ikke 100% sikkert hva konsekvensene kan være. Men tror du gjør lurt i å slutte hvis du klarer! 🙂
Både gruer og gleder meg til i morgen!! Da blir det stopp, ææh har heldigvis mamma med på lasset. Og hun har snust i over 30!!! år, så om hun klarer det så skal pinadø jeg også. Har trossalt «bare snust i 5» år. Blir nok en del sure damer i huset de kommende ukene, men jeg satser på at vi klarer det:D

Har nå vært snusfri i over 15 timer, og foreløpig går det greit. Sov veldig dårlig i natt fordi jeg fikk helt angst av tanken på å våkne opp uten å ta meg en snus. Men dro rett på butikken i dag morges og kjøpte masse tyggis, IFA, pastiller og en dåse Onico. Satser på å snuse det i to uker, slik som deg. Håper jeg klarer dette, dritlei av å være styrt av snusen.

El: uff, det er ingen deilig følelse! Men så bra at du har klart deg i 15 timer allerede!! Om en uke er de verste abstinensene borte, så det er bare å holde ut. Lykke til videre <3
Oppdatering: Har snart vært «snusfri» i 7 dager, har dog tatt noen snuser, da jeg helt uten vidre begynte å gråte på skolen.. Men et godt tips er å kutte en bit ingefær å tygge på den og så plassere den under leppa. Svir og jeg foretrekker den fremfor Onico, som jeg fordrar. Så på Mandag blir det slutt med alle «krisesnusene» og helt stopp! Slutta appen hjelper også, da jeg har spart 400 kr bare på denne lille uka, helt sykt:)

Torben: Hei! 🙂 Så utrolig bra jobbet! Du er nesten over det verste, etter 7 dager er nikotinen ute av kroppen og alt kommer til å føles bedre!! Fokuser på de 5 dagene du allerede har vært uten, det vil jo være litt kjipt og ta en snus nå og måtte starte på nytt med å rense kroppen? LYKKE TIL!
Er på dag 7 nå. Men leste at den fysiske avhengigheten er borte etter 2-4 uker.
Jeg har satt meg som første delmål å være uten i 4 uker, etter det håper jeg at alt går som smurt. Heldigvis drikker jeg alkohol svært sjelden, da har jeg eliminert en stor faktor for tilbakefall.
Jeg har klart 1 dag og 8 timer og bruker onico smaker rart men det hjelper 😊
Jeg har snust i 8 år og har alltid hatt gule tenner uansett, ingen blå merker rundt tennene og riller under leppene er normalt, det går bort så fort som ett par uker uten snus, og du får verre riller om du snuser løssnus. Det å bruke en app for å motivere deg i å slutte i form av hvor mye penger du sparer for eks, er tull, det varierer jo hvor ofte man kjøper snus og hvor mye man snuser i perioder. Det jeg ikke har likt med snus er hvordan det tetter blodårene dine, for eks hvis du har vondt i hodet så får du mye mer vondt i hodet hvis du snuser nettopp pga hjernen får mindre oksygen pga tettede årer men det er stimulerende for nerver.En av positive fordelene med å ikke snuse er at du har økt matlyst og økt energi som ikke nedsettes pga denne «roen» snus gir.
Og det med at snus er skummelt pga det ikke er nok forsket på, det har vært ganske lenge på markedet, og sigaretter dreper mennesker av helt andre årsaker, dette kan ikke sammenlignes engang. Ingen har dødd av snus, og dette med kreftfare rundt snus er også tull, snus gir ikke kreft, dette er blitt forsket på. Dere kan vente i 10 år med å se, men jeg er ganske sikker på at det aldri kommer til å skje noe dødsfall innen snus med mindre noen spiser 3-5 esker på rappen og får forstoppelse. Konklusjon, snus er ikke SÅ ille som folk skal ha det til, og folk skal spesielt preike etter de har sluttet, akkurat som de ikke visste hva de gikk med på første gangen. Sigaretter derimot kan ha en del bivirkninger (kraftig bruk) og forårsake død.
Da Onico ble lansert forårsaket onico store skader på tennene. De gjorde om formelen da de fikk mange tilbakemeldinger om at folk fikk ising i tennene etter kort tid. ZEROBERG er ikke forbedret. Den er ekstremt skadelig mot tennene.
De nikotinfrie snusene er sansynligvis MYE værre for tennene enn de med nikotin.
Jeg sluttet med nikotinsnus i januar og har brukte Onico til nå. Måtte til tannlegen pga ising i tennene. Fant nylig ut om alle som fikk problemer av Onico. Hvis noen har hatt overaskende mye komplikasjoner med tennene etter bruk av Onico anbefaler jeg å kontakte leverandøren og søke om erstatning.
Finnes det en snus som ikke smaker minte og er white?
Bildet over som viser ny look for kun kr. 29200,- pr år er en helt perfekt beskrivelse.
Jeg greier ikke å finne ett, eneste godt argument for å snuse, og da blir resultatet som per bildet over. Det er så absurd at jeg har sittet med latterkramper i ren frustrasjon over egne snusvaner. 7 days and counting – takk for faktisk-inspirerende-tips (ikke sarkastisk) om snusslutt.
Hei, jeg er midt i en slutt-fase av snus. Mistet lommeboken for noen dager siden. Har rett og slett ikke legitimasjon eller penger til å kjøpe snus. Så da slutter jeg 🙂 Er på dag 3 nå. For det meste så merker jeg at det går hardt utover konsentrasjonen og nattesøvnen. Våknet flere ganger i løpet av natten – og sov bare 5 timer. Konsentrasjonen går det dårligst for da.. klarer jo faen ikke lese engang. Håper VIRKELIG konsentrasjonen bedrer seg i dag… har mye å gjøre. Føler foreløpig ikke noe cravings enda. Og hvis jeg gjør plasserer jeg en papirlapp i leppa. Funker fett. Men det å slutte i seg selv er egentlig enkelt. Bare litt kjedelig å bli ubrukelig i alt man driver med. Kjenner at det meste av nikotin er ute av kroppen da 😀 virker som hjernen begynner å bli enig med min beslutning om å si takk og farvel.
Har du fortsatt klart å holde deg unna snusen? Jeg sitter nå med siste nikotinsnus i leppa og er superbekymra, siden dette er fjerde gang jeg slutter.

Fantastisk innlegg som for noen uker siden ga meg motivasjonen til å slutte å snuse, meeeen….jeg klarer faen ikke legge fra meg onicoen. Jeg merket omtrent ikke forskjell da jeg gikk over fra slim fresh, men nå blir jeg kvalm bare ved tanken på å skulle legge fra seg den også. Jeg begynte å snuse på ungdomsskolen da jeg var spiseforstyrret, og brukte snusen som et slags «lokk» på måltidet, altså at jeg tok meg en snus i stedet for å kaste opp. Dette er mange år siden nå, men jeg tror nok det er her panikken inntreffer… Har du noen råd i forhold til dette?

Hei! Dette innlegget er gammelt, men håper på svar likevel. Jeg sluttet for 2,5 uke siden, men etter 5 dager sprakk jeg, med et par snus, etter det har det vært hvertfall 1,2 eller 3 snus hver dag, og en av dagene har jeg snus opp en hel boks.
Nå holder jeg fortsatt på med 2-3 hver dag, fordi kjærstEn min snuser og det ligger så mye i kjøleskapet. Klarer ikke å holde meg unna. Bestemmer meg gang på gang for at «i morgen!!! Da tar jeg ikke noe mer.» Men abstinensene er så sterke. Jeg blir så forbanna og trist og sur og dessuten har jeg hundre eksamener å
Konsentrere meg om.
Prøver å endre tankegangen min, og si til meg selv: «jeg liker ikke snus. Heldig er jeg som ikke liker snus. » men det er glemt 2 timer etterpå.
