OMG, leiligheten vår ble solgt i dag! Utrolig deilig, samtidig ganske trist 💔 Jeg er så innmari glad i denne leiligheten, og skulle gjerne beholdt den en god stund til. Men sånn ble det ikke, og jeg skal selvfølgelig fortelle mer om flytteplanene senere. For jada, det står et nytt hjem og venter allerede. Men tilbake til salget! Det ble en liten budrunde, og vi valgte til slutt å selge noe under prisantydningen vi hadde satt. Likevel sitter vi igjen med en deilig gevinst. Altså, det er lite som slår følelsen av å tjene penger på et boligsalg. Skattefrie penger rett på konto! Føler at jeg har vunnet i lotto hver gang. Takket være våre to nybygg-kjøp som vi har solgt etter ett år, har vi nå mye bedre forutsetninger for å få bygget drømmehuset vårt. Så det blir dagens anbefaling fra meg! Finn et nybygg med særpreg, bo der i ett år, selg – og ha litt flaks, så klart 🤓
Vi kunne hatt is i magen og ventet noen måneder til, men jeg orker ikke tanken på å være på flyttefot tett oppunder fødsel. Jeg blir tyngre og tyngre for hver dag, og har bare lyst til å være klar. Klar til den lille kommer. Og så orket jeg faktisk ikke tanken på flere dager hvor jeg må slippe alt jeg har i hendene fordi noen vil komme på privatvisning. Det har aldri vært så rent her hjemme som det er nå, vi har jo søren meg hatt storrengjøring hver tredje dag. Må innrømme at jeg har bannet til vaskebøtta et par ganger…
Nei, dette var deilig. En lettelse å få det overstått. Og så så fort det gikk! I kveld tror jeg vi må feire litt. Feire, før jeg begynner å STRESSE SOM FAEN. Vi skal ut av leiligheten om under 50 dager, og på den korte tiden skal jeg ha en hektisk jobbperiode, eksamensperiode, få enda større mage, flytte ut OG flytte inn i nytt hjem. Lar det seg gjøre? Det må jo bare det. Og det må tilrettelegges og kjøpes tjenester over en lav sko, sånn at ikke babyen og jeg stresser oss i hjel 😅

Nå tror jeg faktisk at jeg må sette meg ned og yoga-puste littegrann…

Vi var veldig fornøyde med et lokalt tønsbergsfirma som heter «Sterke Karer». Vi pakket selv også flyttet de. Vi hadde 70 kvm og flyttet inn i enebolig på 132 kvm. Kjøreavstand fra Sem til Vear. Da sto det hvor esken skulle og de satt det på anvist rom. Det kom på 5000kr inkludert forsikring. Dette var i Oktober 2019. Pris kan selvsagt forandre seg.

Gratulerer med salg! Vi fant drømmehuset, kjøpte det for tre uker siden, og i dag gikk huset vårt ut på finn. Hei hvor det går når man først har bestemt seg! Jeg er kronisk syk og må derfor tilrettelegge mye, og er avhengig av å ta det rolig og gjøre litt etter litt. Vi allierer oss med familie og venner som kommer til å hjelpe mye på flyttedagen, med flytting og nedvask. Jeg har planer om å pakke en eske om dagen, starter faktisk med kjøkkenet – trenger ikke tolv tallerkener nå. Kjøkken er det jeg hater mest å pakke også, så det er greit å starte tidlig!
Flytter om en-tre måneder, så her er det bare å være fleksibel 😛 Mitt beste tips er å kvitte seg med ting man ikke trenger før man flytter, men tror dere ikke har alt for mye stæsh. Men – den gamle spillkonsollen man ikke lengre bruker eller den hudkremen man ikke var helt fornøyd med, det kan gis vekk før man flytter 😀 Lykke til!
